Unfortunately I am not at all satisfied in this branch. The shop is full, 2 sales assistants are serving, the others are busy with "finishing". You should take care of the customers first, the shop is not full all day .... Unfortunately I was also given the wrong salad, the other day I bought the right one - it was sour :-( (sausage cheese salad ) Cheese as hard as stone - in the bin! A sausage roll and a salad takes about 10 minutes, so you should put a little more emphasis on customer friendliness. The Leopoldstraße branch is all zacky and always a smile for the customer! ADDENDUM: Increase to 4 *, has changed for the better in the last 2 weeks. ADDENDUM: Increase to 5 *, the Leopoldstrasse branch is friendly and the customer is in no way inferior - great! Warm dishes are a dream anyway, also the tasty sandwiches great.

The Herpich butcher has very good sausages overall. Especially here in the branch there is also a wide offer for the lunch table, whether Leberkäs buns or changing dishes. At lunchtime there is a lot going on. Very nice shop assistants. Unfortunately, the branch is not barrier-free, so shopping with prams is very unfavorable.
